The Colorado Grit, a Tier II junior ice hockey team playing in the North American Hockey League, are an exciting addition to the Greeley, Colorado community! Based in Greeley, Colorado, and playing their home games at the Ice Haus Arena, the Grit provides family fun through action-filled hockey entertainment!

PRIME was created by Cecil and Annie to give Greeley an elegant spot to relax, enjoy, dine and celebrate.
After moving to Greeley, we realized there wasn’t a place to get prime rib during the week. Greeley feels like beef country! So the owners of the old chophouse building came into Pinocchios Italian for dinner and we got to chatting…and the next thing we knew, we were opening a Prime Rib house!
Prime Rib is one of the few things my mom was able to make…so with a few practice runs trying some different techniques, we were ready to open the doors!
We use local, humanely raised beef to support Greeley ranchers and make all our own sides, sauces and desserts. We hope you will come visit and join our tradition.
